Brand Experience Highlights July 2025

July saw experiential marketing utilised for a range of events and new releases including Wimbledon, drinks launches and tech tours!

Wimbledon

The Wimbledon team brought the tennis courts to passengers at London Waterloo Station with their unique interactive umpire activation.

The PR stunt was the perfect way to create buzz around the tournament while also creating content for Wimbledon’s social media accounts with the umpire interacting with the public on the concourse.

Pepsi

Pepsi and Ann Squared Events were perfectly positioned along Wimbledon Broadway right in time for the final stages of Wimbledon 2025.

Samples of Pepsi “Strawberries & Cream” were distributed to the public in Wimbledon, benefiting from the increased footfall from nearby Wimbledon Underground Station.

Smirnoff

Smirnoff worked with Hot Pickle to line up sampling of their delicious Miami Peach RTD cocktail with Sabrina Carpenter’s sold out shows for BST Hyde Park.

The friendly team were on site at London Victoria Station engaging with the public, distributing thousands of samples to passengers and Sabrina fans.

Superman

The highly anticipated Superman film was released in the UK in July and what better way to surprise fans in London than with Daily Planet newspaper stands!

The newspaper stands popped up at London King’s Cross Station, London Waterloo Station and London Liverpool Street Station in the run up to the film’s release, distributing 20-page promotional newspapers and merchandise. The team from Sublime Promotions also had fans donning their capes for some fun photo opps showing them flying over Metropolis.

Uber Eats

Realise Live helped the Uber Eats Sandwich Studio come to life for their stand-out activation at Potters Fields Park in July. Uber Eats encouraged Londoners to break free from mundane lunches “al-desko” by serving up luxury sandwiches from the giant pop-up with intriguing options including Coronation Lobster and Rotisserie Chicken & Ssamjang.

With all proceeds going to Uber Eats’ charity partner, City Harvest, the activation did good as well as looking good!

Oasis

Oasis and N2O leveled up the normal vending machine experience with their “Venting” Machine activation at London King’s Cross Station in July. The public were encouraged to leave adulting behind at lunchtime and relieve some tension in the Venting Machine by letting out their loudest scream to unlock a cold bottle of Oasis.

Samsung

As part of their rollout of London Galaxy Hangouts in July, Samsung brought an interactive experience to London Waterloo Station.

The team on-site introduced the public to the new Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7 devices making for an engaging hands-on experience with a Selfie Studio and exclusive prize draw giveaways.

Costa

Where better to sample RTD coffees than busy train stations in the morning!

The team from Costa and N2O visited Birmingham New Street Station and Manchester Piccadilly Station in July to sample the new and improved Costa Lattes and Caramel Lattes with thousands of coffees distributed to passengers at each station.
